What’s it for? This range of alloy tubes is ideal for anyone who wants to construct or modify their own induction system. You can use them to extend the original induction pipe and mount a cone filter in a more appropriate place. This way, a larger cone could be fitted, or the cone could be re-positioned in a cooler part of the engine bay. A polished tube also looks great! About the tube
They’re made from aluminium and have a 1mm wall thickness. They can be polished to a chrome like finish. A polished surface not only looks good but reflects heat too. Sizes
The tubes are available in a different range of diameters to suit your requirements. Each straight length is 30cm long, but can easily be cut with a hack saw if required. TIP: To make a dead straight cut try clamping a jubilee clip around the tube at the point where you want to make the cut. Then, use it as a guide for the hack saw blade as you make your way through the tube.
