This is also a direct replacement of the factory fitted black plastic item. The mesh perfectly complements the Lockwood upper grille too. Easy to follow step-by-step instructions are included. A neat little Lockwood badge is supplied. It can be left in place or removed if preferred. NOTE: The lower grille is only suitable for the later Mk1 Focus’ (2001-04) these are the models that feature front indicators built into the headlamps as opposed to the early Mk1’s (1998-01) which have the front indicators mounted in the front bumper. Both of these Focus grilles are made from premium quality electro-polished woven stainless steel mesh. This type of woven mesh is the same as that used by Jaguar, Bentley and Aston Martin in some of the world’s most exclusive cars.
