This BMW gear knob has a length of wiring which can be run inside the gear gaiter. A push-fit plug at the end of the wiring is a standard fit on BMW's. If this item is to be fitted to a model that did not originally have an illuminating gear knob then you will simply need to connect the wiring to a power supply in the car's loom.

This item's main feature is its illumination. The gear shift pattern illuminates with a gentle BMW back light.

Fitting is simple - it simply 'clips' into place on the standard BMW gear shaft.
