About Magnecor’s 8mm leads
Magnecor’s 8mm leads (also known as ‘Electrosport 80’) are designed to improve the performance of original ignition systems in road vehicles that use either electronic engine management systems or carburettors. High-strength all silicone construction gives long lasting reliability and the exclusive Metallic Inductance Suppressed Conductor will outlast the life of any engine.

Each lead is hand-assembled by highly trained production staff. They feature uprated stainless steel 'snap-lock' terminals at the spark plug end and each lead is individually numbered. Although 8mm in diameter they can be fitted into original 7mm clips.

Whatever the application; motorsport or road performance, your engine will always benefit from a set of Magnecor ignition leads.

Choosing between Magnecor’s 8mm & KV85
Both types are an improvement on original equipment and can be used on road engines, but KV85 is better suited to tuned engines and race engines. KV85 leads have a 2.5mm diameter conducting core which can deliver a stronger spark than the 1.7mm core found in Magnecor’s 8mm leads.

This set contains four ignition leads and one coil lead. The coil lead length is 11.5 inches.

This Magnecor lead set is designed for 2.0 16v DOHC engines with an engine code 'F7R 700'.
