About These DiscsEBC’s ‘Turbo Groove’ brake discs feature a unique wide slot design that runs to the outside edge of the disc allowing the dust, gasses and carbon deposits to be spun off from the braking disc surface. The blind holes prevent cracking and help to break down surface gasses resulting in improved braking under heavy load. These discs are cast and machined using a high quality alloy designed to run up to 800/900 degrees centigrade (glowing red hot) and still run true and stay straight. EBC ‘Turbo Groove’ represents a high performance brake disc with good ‘behind wheel’ looks, at an affordable price. You will be hard pressed to find a better standard size disc for your car. Fitment
These discs are suitable for 1.4, 1.5D, 1.6, 1.8, 1.9D, 1.9TD, 2.0, 2.0 16v and 2.0 Turbo models. IMPORTANT NOTE
There are several different front disc options listed below. Please check the diameter of the original ones fitted to your car and replace them like for like (ie If your original discs are 238mm in diameter, replace them for 238mm ones). In the case of the 238mm front discs, please also check whether you require solid or vented items. The rear discs are only suitable for models that use 238mm diameter discs items. Some 2.0 Megane's (manufactured between 1999-02) used 240mm rear discs for which there are no performance disc replacements available. Please measure accurately as there is only a 2mm difference between the two!
